Can I use my existing phone number?
Yes! Just forward your number to a number we will supply you when you want us to answer your calls.
Can your agents answer questions about my business?
Before we start taking calls we work with you to create a list of questions and answers. Obviously we won’t be able to answer questions as well as you can, but can confidently let people know what you tell us.
What if I already have a receptionist?
You can answer the phone whenever you want to! We can work with your existing reception team by taking calls out-of-hours or when they are busy.
Can I upgrade after signing up?
At the moment we charge month to month. If you wish to change plans you can do so the following month.
Do you charge extra for long calls?
Currently we charge a flat rate per call to make the cost to you simple and predictable. Either the call will be included for free in your monthly plan or the call will be charged seperately.
